Shipping & Delivery

At CogitoPaper, we are committed to delivering your carefully selected writing instruments, notebooks, planners, and measurement tools to you reliably and securely. This policy outlines our standard shipping procedures.

Shipping Method & Processing

We currently offer one reliable shipping option: Standard Shipping. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse.

Shipping Destinations & Timelines

We ship internationally to most countries. The estimated delivery time for Standard Shipping is 7-20 business days from the date of shipment, depending on the destination. Please note these are estimates and not guarantees, as delivery times can be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing and local postal services.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items and the delivery destination. There is currently no minimum order value for free shipping. All charges will be displayed transparently before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, please be aware that your country may impose import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost paid to CogitoPaper. We cannot predict or control these fees. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of order. CogitoPaper is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we will contact you via email to arrange re-shipping at an additional cost.

Damaged or Lost Packages

While we pack every order with great care, please inspect your package upon delivery. If your items arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the damaged product and packaging.

In the rare event your tracking information shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, or if tracking shows no movement for an extended period, please contact us at [email protected] and we will initiate an inquiry with the carrier.
